   - Refunds are by inquire for all products purchased directly from Chou.

   - To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

   - Please note that certain items, such as underwear or personalized/customized products, may not be eligible for a refund due to hygiene or personalization reasons. We will clearly indicate such items on their respective product pages.

 

2. Timeframe for Refunds:

   - You have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund.

   - After 30 days, we may offer an exchange or repair at our discretion.
