1. Processing Time
• All orders are made, packed, and shipped with care.
• Please allow up to 7 business days for order processing.
• During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods, processing times may be extended slightly. Any major delays will be communicated via email or on our website.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
• Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout based on your location and selected items.
• Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Weather, customs, and carrier delays are outside of our control.
• Once a package is in the hands of the courier, we are not liable for delays, damages, or lost packages caused by shipping carriers.
3. Shipping Rates
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.
• Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions — these will be announced via our site or newsletter.
4. Tracking Your Order
• A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.
• Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after the label has been created.
5. Shipping Address Accuracy
• Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
• We are not responsible for packages that are lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
6. International Shipping
• We offer international shipping to select countries.
• International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
• Customs clearance can delay delivery — we recommend allowing extra time for international shipments.
7. Shipment Issues
• If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please first check with neighbors or your local post office.
• We are happy to help initiate a claim with the carrier, but please understand we cannot replace or refund orders once they are confirmed delivered by the courier.
• For packages confirmed lost by the carrier, we will offer a replacement or refund based on product availability.

Because every item at Chou is handmade in small batches, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We hope you understand that this helps us maintain our small-scale, intentional production process.
That said, we’re here to help.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at chouknits@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can make it right.
We do our best to photograph and describe each piece accurately, but due to the handmade nature of our work, natural variations in glaze, shape, or size are to be expected and are part of what makes each item unique.
